Is his son Bilal involved, his secret service MIT, or the minister for border control?
The Russian defense ministry claims it holds evidence that Turkish President Erdogan and his sons are involved in the oil smuggling business across the Turkish-Syrian border.
At a rare international press conference the Russian defense ministry stated:
“According to our information this criminal business involves the top political leadership of the country, President Erdogan and his family.”
While there was evidence , like satellite images, presented during the press conference that appeared to prove that stolen oil was brought across the border in trucks to Turkey, so far no direct link was established to Mr. Erdogan or any of his family.
The Defense Ministry however, claims that it has not yet presented all evidence.
In Turkey corruption is connects political leaders, government officials, border control, and police officers with traders of all kind, including ISIS-connected ones.
Russian insiders and blogs like mintpressnews.com now point to Bilal Erdogan, the 35 years old son of the president.
It is well known, that many business connections of the family are in his hands.
They say his BMZ group had been involved in trade with Syria for years.
Can the president be sure, there are no connections at all from
(1.) his son or his business partners,
(2.) his loyal Turkish intelligence agency MIT or
(3.) his minister for border control
in the past to ISIS oil smuggling, selling, transportation or shipping dirty ISIS oil abroad ?
It was reported in awdnews.com that Gürsel Tekin, vice-president of the Turkish Republican Peoples’ Party, CHP, declared in a recent Turkish media interview:
“President Erdogan claims that according to international transportation conventions there is no legal infraction concerning Bilal’s illicit activities and his son is doing an ordinary business with the registered Japanese companies, but in fact Bilal Erdogan is up to his neck in complicity with terrorism, but as long as his father holds office he will be immune from any judicial prosecution.” Tekin adds that Bilal’s maritime company doing the oil trades for ISIS, BMZ Ltd, is “a family business and president Erdogan’s close relatives hold shares in BMZ and they misused public funds and took illicit loans from Turkish banks.”
Globalo cannot verify- but there are many files in the archives of the Russian and Assad secret services, the NSA, CIA, MI6 or the German BND. Obama, Cameron or Merkel know all details. But stay silent and keep the secrets. Putin did as well, until the shot-down of one of his planes.
It is a Russian – Turkish propaganda war now.
But one is for sure: ISIS oil had been transported into the country with many big trucks.
Without the new Sultan knowing anything who controls everything?
And his secret service MIT, which reports to him day by day, or his border control minister?
Who made the millions of profit?
Why was it not stopped by Erdogan, who loves to control even humor in his country?
Why did the Turkish air force focus on the Kurdish PKK- who fight ISIS – and not bombing ISIS?
The ISIS- terrorists make above 500 million dollar in oil per year now. The profits will be above 30 percent or USD 150 million. Half via Turkey is an estimated profit in ISIS oil of USD 75 million or more each year.
A big dirty deal, many people with power to control like to participate. Usually it is done the indirect way with advisors and advisors of advisors or cash in the hands.
Erdogan’s priorities had been clear: to overthrow Assad in Syria and to strengthen the Sunni position there with as much influence by Ankara as possible. ISIS is Sunni too. They prevent as well a new Kurdish state south of the border- something he hates most. Is ISIS as the enemy of your enemy Turkey’s friend?
By the way Mr Putin: most oil from ISIS is bought – by the Assad government – Russia’s best friend in Syria…
In his state of the nation speech, Russian president Vladimir Putin told:
“If anyone thinks Russia’s reaction will be limited to trade sanctions, they are deeply mistaken …We’ll remind them again what they did – they will regret it.”
He again accused the Turkish government of sheltering and covertly supporting ISIS militants.
“Probably Allah alone knows why they did it. And evidently Allah decided to punish the ruling clique in Turkey, by depriving it of any reason or logic.”
