Mehmet Ozturk was named by the Turkish minister of interior Efken Ala as the suicide bomber in Istanbul, killing four people on March 19, 2016. He was born 1992 in Gaziantep.
He belonged not to the Kurdish radicals, but the Islamic State (IS,ISIS or Daesh).
The victims were three Israeli-US-citizens and one Iranian.
36 people were wounded in the popular Istiklal shopping street in the center of Istanbul. Among them 11 from Israel, two Irish and one national each from Iran, Dubai, Iceland and Germany.
