Each year in January 5th for a month, the largest International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival starts in Harbin.

This city is located in the Northeastern part of China near Siberia and often was a temperature as low as minus 35 celsius in the winter.

GLOBALO Founder Hubertus Hoffmann (picture) has visited this magic location before and presents you his fascinating pictures of art made out of snow by many creative artists.
