Phuong Nguyen

Phuong Nguyen is an associate fellow with the Southeast Asia Program at CSIS. In this role, she leads the program’s research team and writes on Southeast Asia, U.S. foreign policy toward countries in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), and China’s peripheral diplomacy.
